Pushing up innovation
The recently revised Capital Law contains many new articles with special machenisms to support businesses in Hà Nội. These include tax exemptions in the first five years. This law aims to encourage development in science and technology, which will help turn Hà Nội into a hub for innovation, research, and technology both nationally and regionally. The law will also help nurture dreams for young people and start-ups.
