Volunteer relief trip to 3 central provinces
After the successful cooperation with Australia-Vietnam International Development (UVID) Joint Stock Company to raise funds on the evening of Nov 8, 2020, the Slovakia-Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce (Svcc) set out to many places suffering the aftermath of the last storm and flood in Nghe An , Ha Tinh and Quang Binh from November 20 to November 24.
Together with UVID company, many other volunteers from Svcc have represented and represented many sponsors from companies; organizations to individuals, contributing more or less from their hearts to people facing many difficulties need to overcome the recent natural disasters in the provinces.
Our delegation donated the most necessary necessities, cash and importantly donated water purifiers to families, clinics, schools, communities to help people in those places have the opportunity to use clean water, limit diseases that may arise after natural disasters, especially floods.
Nothing is perfect, especially in the short period of time with fundraising, organizing, verifying ... so there will be a lack of this and other sources during the trip. After a full review, we will report and publish the necessary information so that all sponsors, sponsors, and volunteers can track and monitor.
On behalf of all the people in the places where the delegation went, giving gifts, cash, water purifiers ... sincerely thank all sponsors, Australia-Vietnam JSC and all its members with great enthusiasm, thank you to all of you in Slo.Villa (Svcc's Center for introducing Slovak and European culinary cultures), friends in Svcc who contributed, all of you. Also thank to other artists and invited hosts enthusiastically participated in the fundraising event on Nov. 8, all volunteers accompanying the delegation.
In particular, we would like to thank all the local great volunteers for their enthusiastic support (without them we couldn’t execute this trip), thanks to the all local authorities , Committees, and representatives of communes and villages for their support, help and creating the best conditions for the group to come to give gifts, money and items to help the people in need.
